St Julien

St Julien is a first-floor apartment in an elevated position in Dawlish, less than half a mile from the town centre, reached by its own internal staircase next to the owner's house. The apartment sleeps 2 and has unrivalled sea views from the open-plan living area, with a bus stop just outside the property.

The bedroom has a super king-size bed, which can be set up as twins on request, with its own en-suite WC and wash basin. The shower room has a walk-in rainfall shower, a basin and a WC, and there is a separate cloakroom. The kitchen area is limited to a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, so guests tend to make use of the cafes and restaurants in Dawlish itself, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi.

A Juliette balcony opens off the living area, and off-road parking is provided for two cars, along with storage for bikes so guests can leave the car behind. Gas central heating covers the apartment. The South West Coast Path runs through the town, and there is a choice of five golf courses in the surrounding area.

St Julien does not accept babies or children, and no pets are allowed; the property is strictly no smoking. Short breaks run either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, with beaches, shops and restaurants all within a mile.
