Joymead

Joymead sits in the village of Malborough, with a shop and pub around 0.1 miles away and three beaches within reach, including South Milton Sands. Salcombe is about 2 miles off. The house sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and welcomes two well-behaved dogs, with roadside parking and a nearby free car park on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bedrooms comprise a super-king-size room that converts to a twin on request, a double, and a single fitted with a cot for the youngest guests, plus a supply of children's toys. A family bathroom with a bath, basin and WC serves all three bedrooms, and a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC sits downstairs for daytime use.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, with a dining table for shared meals. The adjoining sitting room has a Smart TV and a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, with a starter pack for the stove included in the rent alongside gas central heating, fuel and power.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a patio, lawn, furniture and a barbecue for eating outdoors, and two highchairs are available inside. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property.
