Jot Cottage

Jot Cottage is a three-storey terraced house in a quiet residential part of Salcombe, a five-minute walk from the boutique shops, restaurants and quayside. Batson Creek is also close by, giving quick access to the slipway and car park, and two of the three bedrooms have glimpses of the creek from their windows. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Two double bedrooms sit on the first floor, sharing a family bathroom with a bath, a hand-held shower and a wash-hand basin, plus a separate shower room; a twin bedroom is on the second floor. There's also a cloakroom off the kitchen, with its own WC. The sitting room has a stone fireplace with a wood burning stove, and the kitchen/dining room is fitted with a double electric oven, hob, an upright fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.

To the rear of the cottage is a paved terrace with established planting, a table, chairs and a barbecue, a good spot for meals outside. WiFi is available throughout, and there's a TV and DVD player in the sitting room. Bed linen and towels are supplied for every stay.

A parking permit is not supplied with the booking, so check nearby options before arrival. No pets are permitted, and the property is strictly no smoking, with no exceptions made for either rule.
