Higher Cliftonville is a duplex apartment in Salcombe, set over the first and second floors with reverse-level living upstairs. A parking permit is provided, with unrestricted on-street parking nearby out of season, and stairs lead up from the street to the front door. The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the second floor, an open-plan living space has a corner sofa with views over the sea, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a kitchen with white cabinets and wooden worktops. A washer/dryer and fridge/freezer sit near the kitchen, and the dining table or the balcony both work for meals with a view over the rooftops and estuary beyond.

Downstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin room decorated in coastal style and a double room, plus a family bathroom with a bath and heated towel rail. WiFi covers the apartment, and a highchair is available on request for younger guests.

Higher Cliftonville welcomes one well-behaved pet. Smoking is not permitted, and there are steps from the front door up to the accommodation and a further flight of steps to the second floor, worth knowing if anyone in your group finds stairs difficult to manage.
