Harcombe House Pet Friendly Bungalow sits on the 320-acre Harcombe House estate near Chudleigh, a Grade II listed property with access to a shared indoor pool, gym, games room and three fishing lakes on site. The bungalow has its own off-road parking for one car and a front garden with a picnic bench.

Inside, an open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining table for six and a sitting area with a TV. Three bedrooms, one double and two twins, share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, plus a separate cloakroom with basin and WC. A cot and highchair are available, and the bungalow has its own patio area with a picnic bench. Gas central heating covers the bungalow, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a one-off fee payable per booking, though dogs aren't allowed in every area of the site. Guests can use the on-site games room with air hockey and table football, the indoor pool and the gym, though the gym is for over 14s only and children under 14 must be supervised in the games room. No smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes are allowed except in permitted areas, barbecues are restricted to the patio, stag, hen or similar parties aren't accepted, and charging electric vehicles on site is not permitted.

The estate is around 7.6 miles from Newton Abbot and 10.9 miles from Exeter, with beaches at Shaldon, Ness Cove and Teignmouth within a short drive. Onsite facilities including the pool and launderette are closed between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027.
