Harcombe House Accessible Pet Friendly Bungalow

Bungalow 9 at Harcombe House is a single-storey holiday home on the Harcombe House estate near Chudleigh, part of a wider holiday park with shared leisure facilities. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with every room and the main living space on one level.

The three bedrooms comprise a double, a twin, and a second twin. A bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves the property but has no WC, so the separate wet room, with its walk-in shower, basin and WC, is the only toilet on site.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a corner sofa and TV, and a picnic bench sits on a private patio outside. Guests can also use the estate's shared indoor pool, gym, games room with air hockey and table football, tennis courts, fishing lakes and a children's play area, though the pool and the on-site launderette are closed between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027. Off-road parking covers 1 car, with further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a fee payable to the site, though dogs aren't allowed in every area of the site. Smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes are not permitted outside designated areas, electric vehicle charging is not available on site, and stag or hen parties are not accepted. The nearest shop is around 0.5 miles away and the nearest pub about 2 miles.
