Harcombe House Bungalow – Pet Friendly with Wet Room

A Devon Den is a single-storey bungalow near Chudleigh, part of the Harcombe House estate. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs, for a fee per booking. Off-road parking for 1 car is provided, with further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The open-plan living space has a lounge with generous seating and a TV, plus a dining area next to the kitchen. Bedrooms comprise a double and two twins, served by a wet room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a separate cloakroom with its own WC and basin. A utility cupboard is also on hand.

Guests can use the estate's external shared games room, with air hockey and table football, plus the children's play area, gym and tennis courts, along with woodland walks and fishing lakes. Children under 14 must be supervised in the games room, and the gym is not open to under-14s. An indoor heated pool and a launderette are also on site, though both close between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027.

Outside, the terrace has a picnic bench for alfresco dining or a morning coffee. A cot and a highchair are available on request, though extra towels are needed for swimming. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes are restricted to permitted areas. The nearest shop is around 0.5 miles away and the nearest pub about 2 miles.
