Deer Park 9 - Copse Corner

Deer Park 9 - Copse Corner is a lodge near woodland trails and fishing lakes on Finlakes Holiday Park, around 2.4 miles from Chudleigh. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on a single level.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The open-plan living space brings together a kitchen, dining area and sitting area warmed by an electric fire, with a Smart TV, WiFi and a PlayStation 4 with games and DVDs to keep evenings going.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a slow cooker and a coffee machine. Highchair and travel cot are available on request. Off-road parking is provided for one car, with further spaces available around the resort, and the park itself has a shop, bar, indoor pool, spa, fitness centre, fishing lakes and courts for tennis and basketball, some with additional fees.

Outside, the enclosed decking holds a hot tub and furniture, a good spot to unwind after a day out. Deer Park 9 takes two well-behaved pets, with an extra charge per dog. The property is strictly no smoking, and the on-site shop and pub are around 0.3 miles away. Finlakes Holiday Park says it isn't well suited to guests with limited mobility, worth bearing in mind when booking.
