Babbacombe Breeze is a single-storey property on the outskirts of Chudleigh, part of the 320-acre Harcombe House estate. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, and pets are not permitted here.

Bedrooms comprise a double and two twins, all on the same level, served by a wet room with a walk-in shower and a basin, and a separate cloakroom. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining area seating 6 and a sitting area with a Smart TV.

Guests can use the estate's shared games room, children's play area, gym and tennis courts, along with woodland walks and two fishing lakes. An indoor heated pool and a launderette are also on site, though both close between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027. Fuel and power are included in the rent, and WiFi covers the property. A cot and a highchair are available on request, though extra towels are needed for swimming.

Off-road parking for 1 car is provided, with further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. A patio outside gives space to sit out. Smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes are restricted to permitted areas only, barbecues are allowed on the patio only, stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted, and charging electric vehicles on site is not permitted. The nearest shop is around 0.5 miles away and the nearest pub about 2 miles.
