Harcombe House Pet Free Bungalow

Harcombe House Pet Free Bungalow is one of several holiday homes on the 320-acre Harcombe House estate near Chudleigh, with shared access to an indoor pool, gym, games room, fishing lake and tennis courts. One car can park off-road right by the bungalow, with further first-come first-served spaces nearby.

The open-plan living space has a corner sofa, TV and a kitchen with a dining table for six, opening onto a private patio for eating outside. Three bedrooms, one double and two twins, sit off a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, plus a separate cloakroom with basin and WC, so there is less queueing in the mornings.

Gas central heating covers the bungalow, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. Guests can use the on-site games room, though under-14s need supervision there, and the gym is for over 14s only. No pets, smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes are permitted, except in designated areas, barbecues are restricted to the patio, stag, hen or similar parties aren't accepted, and charging electric vehicles on site is not permitted.

Newton Abbot is around 7.6 miles away and Exeter about 10.9 miles, with beaches at Shaldon, Ness Cove and Teignmouth a short drive from the estate. The pool and launderette close between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027.
