Blackstone Cottage

Blackstone Cottage is a detached house at the upper end of Devon Road, within walking distance of Salcombe's shops, quayside and restaurants. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with North Sands beach around a 10-minute walk away via Sandhills Road.

The kitchen is fitted with the essentials for self-catering, and a large sitting/dining area opens through French doors to the garden. Two double bedrooms are built into the roof space on the upper studio level, one with a door opening onto a small balcony with sea views, while a twin bedroom sits on the lower garden level with its own shower room.

A fully tiled bathroom serves the upper level, and there is also a cloakroom and a utility room. Gas heating runs through the house, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, toaster and kettle, with WiFi and a telephone available throughout.
