Beachside 2-Bed sits in the heart of Salcombe, a first-floor apartment with private parking and views over North Sands. Large windows in the open-plan living space draw the eye straight out to the sea, and the layout runs together as a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire for cooler evenings.

Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, sleep 4 in total, served by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The apartment is reached up a flight of stairs fitted with handrails, so it's worth checking that suits your group before booking. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and fuel and power costs are covered too.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, and the dining table sits within the open living space for shared meals. A TV with WiFi covers evenings in, and electric heating keeps the apartment comfortable outside the summer months.

Outside, gardens with patio furniture give a spot to sit with a drink and watch the light change over the water, and private parking is provided on site rather than on the street. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Beachside 2-Bed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The shop and pub are both around 0.3 miles away, and check-in runs from 3pm with check-out at 11am.
