7 Glenthorne House

7 Glenthorne House is a second-floor apartment within a Victorian villa, an easy walk from the heart of Salcombe and within reach of the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth, North Sands and South Sands. A shared entrance and staircase lead up to the flat, which sleeps 6 across three bedrooms.

The front door opens into a lobby from which every room is reached. The lounge has two sofas, a window bench seat and a TV with integrated DVD player, with views out over the estuary towards South Pool. The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a microwave, and the ash dining table seats six for family meals.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds with drawers and a hanging rail, and the third bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail. A bathroom with a bath and shower over, a wash basin, a shaver point and a light serves the three bedrooms, and there's a separate cloakroom with a WC and basin.

Allocated parking is provided for one car, gas central heating covers the flat, and WiFi is included. Bed linen and towels are supplied for every stay. No pets are accepted, and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
