6 Grafton Towers

6 Grafton Towers is a second-floor apartment in Salcombe, positioned between North Sands and South Sands beaches, with sea views over the estuary to Prawle Point. The apartment sleeps 4 across two en-suite bedrooms, with a separate cloakroom in addition to the two bathrooms. Salcombe was once a major port, and the harbour town is a popular base for walkers as well as families after a seaside break.

One bedroom has a four-poster bed and the other a king-size, and both look out over the water with an en-suite shower, basin, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail. The open-plan sitting and dining room seats six to eight at the table, with a large corner sofa and a Smart TV for evenings in.

The kitchen has oak fittings and polished granite worktops, with Kuppersbusch appliances including a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. A private balcony with furniture looks out over the water, and residents can also use a large communal garden and sun terrace, plus a communal laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.

One car can use the off-road parking space, and the shop is 1.5 miles away with the pub much closer at 0.3 miles. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted. A small ferry crosses the estuary to the beaches at East Portlemouth, and the South West Coast Path runs along this stretch of coastline for longer walks.
