6 Combehaven is a first-floor apartment a short walk from Salcombe's restaurants, upmarket shops and waterside. The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is decorated throughout in a chic, nautical style.

A modern granite kitchen with an open-plan living and dining area has an AEG gas hob and oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV, and double French doors open onto a French balcony with views over neighbouring houses across to the estuary. A coal-effect gas fire and gas-fired central heating keep the living space warm.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite shower room with a power shower, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, with an adjacent family bathroom, and the third bedroom has full-size bunk beds with its own TV and an Xbox for younger guests.

Two car parking spaces are reserved on site, though boats and trailers aren't permitted in the car park, and electric vehicles can't be charged at the property. The flat is reached by a lift, WiFi is included, and barbecues aren't permitted on the premises. Dogs are not accepted, and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
