6 Bolt Head

6 Bolt Head is a first-floor apartment in an elevated position near South Sands beach, a short walk from the South West Coast Path and the National Trust property Overbeck's, and within reach of Salcombe's harbour and shops. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with electric heating throughout.

An open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room runs the width of the apartment in a nautical decor, with an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washer in the kitchen, and two sofas, an armchair and a widescreen TV with Sky, Freeview and DVD player in the sitting area. French doors lead from the sitting room onto a balcony with sea views across to Salcombe, East Portlemouth and Sunny Cove.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a fully tiled en-suite with a large shower cubicle, a wash basin, a shaver point and a heated towel rail, while the twin room has two single beds. A separate, fully tiled family bathroom has a bath, a shower over, a wash basin, a shaver point and a heated towel rail. Bed linen and towels are supplied throughout.

Parking for one car is provided, though the main car park has a 1.9-metre height restriction, and guests wishing to use EV charging need to contact the office to register, since the charging ports are shared with other apartments at Bolt Head. Dogs are not allowed at the Bolt Head apartments, and the property is strictly no smoking.
