5 Melbury is a duplex apartment set over the ground and first floor in Salcombe. The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main living space on the first floor.

The first-floor king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and there's a second king-size room and a twin. A ground-floor boot room holds the tumble dryer, useful after a day on the water.

The first-floor open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area and sitting area, fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
