Upstairs are a king-size room and a bunk room suitable for children only, sharing a family bathroom, and the open-plan living room is on the second floor with high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The property is reached by two flights of steps, worth knowing if anyone in the group has limited mobility.

The kitchen has an oven and hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a Nespresso Virtuoso coffee machine, with the washing machine in a separate outbuilding. Sky TV is in the sitting room, WiFi covers the property, and underfloor heating with air conditioning runs throughout.

One allocated underground parking space is provided, with a pay-as-you-go EV car charger on site. The rear terraced garden is enclosed, and the house is strictly no smoking. Guests aren't permitted to bring pets, though the owners' own dog sometimes visits.
