5 Combehaven

5 Combehaven is a ground-floor apartment a short walk from Salcombe's restaurants, shops and waterside, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping 6. A modern granite kitchen opens onto the dining and living area, and the dining table seats six for group meals.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, and there's a further double bedroom plus a bunk room with 3-foot oak bunk beds, all with doors onto the terrace and garden. A separate family bathroom has a steel bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an AEG gas hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine, and Wi-fi and a flat-screen TV with Freeview and a Blu-ray player cover the living space. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, along with children's crockery, cutlery and games. Gas-fired central heating and hot water serve the whole apartment, along with an entry telephone system.

Outside, a sunny south-facing front garden has a small lawn and an extensive terrace with table and chairs, plus a further lawn and a sheltered side terrace with a large table and benches. Parking for two cars is reserved for the apartment, though boats and trailers aren't permitted, and EV charging and barbecues are not allowed on site. 5 Combehaven does not take pets.
