4 St Elmo Court is a first-floor apartment on the outskirts of Salcombe, reached by either a lift or a flight of stairs from the communal car park. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: two king-size rooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom, and a bunk room. A second shower room serves the rest of the apartment.

The living/dining room opens onto a balcony fitted with furniture, and there's a separate snug alongside a Smart TV and WiFi throughout. The kitchen has a double electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and gas central heating covers the apartment.

St Elmo residents share use of a private outdoor heated swimming pool, open from 23 May to late September each year. There are also two 22kW EV chargers in the lower car park, accessed by downloading the Tap Electric app, and parking is in the communal car park.

The shop is around 0.9 miles away, with the pub and the beach both about 0.3 miles from the door. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking. Between the lift access, the heated pool and the balcony views, it suits a family wanting a straightforward base close to Salcombe's shops and beaches.
