4 Bolt Head

4 Bolt Head is a first-floor apartment set above South Sands beach, close to Salcombe and a short walk from the South West Coast Path. The apartment sleeps 4 and is not suitable for families with children under 10.

A communal door in the parking area leads to a small lobby and the front door, which opens onto a hallway serving all the rooms. The open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining room has views over the Salcombe estuary and the South Sands beach below, with two sets of French doors opening onto two separate balconies, each with a table and chairs.

The kitchen has a central island and breakfast bar, a four-ring halogen hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite with a large shower cubicle, and the second bedroom has twin single beds. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over completes the apartment.

One car can use the allocated parking space in the undercover car park, though the main car park has a 1.9-metre height restriction with limited visitor spaces. Guests wishing to use EV charging need to contact the office in advance, as the charging ports are shared with other apartments. Electric heating covers the property, and it is strictly no smoking with no pets permitted.
