4 Blue View

4 Blue View is a duplex apartment on Devon Road, around 10 to 15 minutes on foot from Salcombe's waterfront, shops and restaurants. The open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room looks out over the town, the estuary and the surrounding countryside, and the apartment sleeps 4.

The king-size bedroom has its own en suite, and the twin room has a picture window opening onto a balcony with views over the water. A family bathroom with a bath, hand basin and heated towel rail serves the twin room, and there is a separate cloakroom with a WC and basin on the lower level.

The kitchen has wall-mounted units, granite worktops, an integrated electric oven, an induction hob, a washing machine, a slimline dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine, with pods not supplied. A Smart TV sits in the lounge, and the dining table seats four.

A private terrace at the front of the property has a barbecue, table and chairs, and one small to medium-sized car can use the covered off-road parking space beneath the building. All bed linen and towels are provided, though guests need their own tea towels, and the property is strictly no smoking with no pets permitted.
