33 Island Street

33 Island Street is a former fisherman's cottage in the centre of Salcombe, an end-of-terrace property within walking distance of the harbour, galleries and independent boutiques. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The kitchen/diner seats 4 and has a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, and the sitting room has a gas flame-effect fire for winter evenings. Steep cottage stairs lead up to the king-size bedroom and a twin room with 2'6" beds, both served by a bathroom with a corner bath and overhead shower.

Gas central heating runs throughout, and the sitting room has a TV, DVD player, books and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A parking permit is included for unreserved parking nearby, and guests can use a shared rear seating area, though it is not enclosed.

No pets are allowed, and the cottage is strictly no smoking. The shop and pubs are under 0.1 miles away, and the beach is around 0.6 miles, with the harbour and town centre a short, level walk. North Sands and South Sands beaches are both within reach along the coast, and a ferry crosses to East Portlemouth for Small's Cove and Mill Bay.
