32 The Salcombe is a third-floor apartment in the centre of Salcombe, part of a waterfront complex with its own communal gardens, secure parking and pool. The open-plan living space has a double sofa bed alongside the king-size bedroom, and the apartment sleeps 4.

The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and doors from the sitting room lead onto a balcony with views over the main anchorage. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail and WC. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, though guests should bring their own beach towels.

Residents share a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool and communal gardens, plus a mooring space on the building's pontoon for a boat up to 5 metres. Boats up to 5 metres long and 2 metres in beam may use the pontoon. A lift serves the building, and laundry is via communal facilities on site.

One car can use the allocated space in the secure car park, though electric car charging is not available. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub around 0.1 miles.
