3 Top View Cottages

3 Top View Cottages is a terraced house close to the centre of Salcombe, within easy reach of the shops, quayside and restaurants that line the town. The kitchen has a curved worktop and a dining table with a cosy corner for gathering, and the sitting room is the spot to catch up after a day out on the water.

Three bedrooms sleep six: two doubles and a bunk room, each newly decorated in restful colours. A bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower serves the upstairs rooms, while a ground-floor wet room with a walk-in shower gives an easier option downstairs for anyone who'd rather not manage stairs. A utility room sits off the kitchen/diner.

The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a TV and WiFi throughout. Allocated parking suits a small to medium car, so it's worth checking dimensions when booking if travelling with a larger vehicle.

Outside, an enclosed patio garden has a BBQ, furniture, potted plants and a children's swing, a private spot for warmer days that catches the sun. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property. Smoking is not permitted, and the pub and shop are both within 0.4 miles, a short stroll down the road.
