3 The Salcombe

3 The Salcombe is a ground-floor flat in one of the waterfront apartment buildings at the centre of Salcombe. The flat sleeps 4, with a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, and residents share the building's private outdoor heated swimming pool, communal gardens and mooring.

The kitchen sits at the back of the living area, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and the dining space comfortably seats four. The lounge at the front has a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a TV and a CD system, opening through patio doors onto the poolside terrace with garden chairs and folding sun beds.

The twin bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers, with further storage in the hallway, and the bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. A communal laundry room in the building keeps things simple for longer stays, and all bed linen and bath towels are provided, though guests need to bring their own beach towels.

The private pool is normally open from late May to late September each year, subject to change. One allocated parking space in the secure car park covers a single car, and mooring is available on The Salcombe pontoon for boats up to 5 metres. No pets are allowed and the flat is no smoking.
