3 Combehaven

3 Combehaven is a ground-floor apartment within a short walk of Salcombe's restaurants, shops and waterside, with a terrace and garden of its own. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has a modern granite kitchen, and a lift runs from the ground floor in two of the main apartment buildings for anyone who needs it.

The kitchen has an AEG gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and the lounge has two leather sofas, a television, DVD player and an iPod docking unit, plus a coal-effect gas fire. French doors open onto the garden and a sunny, south-facing terrace with a table and chairs, and the dining area seats six.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower room with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Two further twin rooms follow, one with 3-foot single beds and the other with 2-foot-6 beds suitable for children, and all three bedrooms open onto the terrace and garden. A separate family bathroom has a steel bath and a shower over.

Two car parking spaces are reserved for the apartment, though boats and trailers are not permitted, and barbecues are not allowed at any of the apartments. The building is strictly no smoking, no pets are allowed, and it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at the property. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
