3 Church Hill House

3 Church Hill House stands at the end of Buckley Street, a few yards from Salcombe's waterfront, shops and restaurants, and reached up a flight of steps to the entrance at first-floor level. The hallway has Karndean flooring throughout and a cupboard housing the washer and dryer, and the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room has lovely views over the estuary.

The kitchen has contemporary units with granite worktops, an integrated halogen hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso-style coffee machine, and the oval dining table seats six on designer chairs. The lounge has a three-seater sofa with chaise, an armchair, a coffee table and a Smart TV with DVD player.

The en suite master bedroom has glimpses of the estuary and a King-size bed, with a large walk-in shower in the en suite. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and the third is a twin room. A large family bathroom has both a bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Private off-road parking is provided for one small to medium car. The house is strictly no smoking, and no pets are permitted. A hairdryer is provided, and all duvets, pillows, linen and towels are supplied, though guests need to bring beach and tea towels.
