22 Bolt Head

22 Bolt Head sits around 1.6 miles from Salcombe, a reverse-level townhouse with the living space upstairs and both bedrooms on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads up from the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area to a private balcony overlooking a neat shared patio, a good spot to sit out with a drink.

Both bedrooms open off the ground floor, reached either down the internal stairs or through patio doors from the garden. The king-size room has an en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the super king-size room has its own en-suite shower room, so the house sleeps 4 with each pair getting their own facilities.

The kitchen has velux windows, an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a coffee maker, and the sitting area has a Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. Gas central heating covers the house, and a shared enclosed garden with patio and furniture includes a charcoal barbecue. A travel cot is available on request, and there's a selection of children's toys and jigsaws.

One car can park in the allocated space, and EV charging is available at shared ports, though guests need to contact the office in advance to register. The main car park has a 1.9-metre height restriction and limited visitor parking. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.
