2 The Elms

2 The Elms is a first-floor apartment in the heart of Salcombe, reached via steep steps and uneven ground from the road, so it suits guests comfortable with stairs. A balcony gives glimpses of the estuary, rolling hills and the village below, and the apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The double bedroom has its own TV, and the second bedroom holds a child's bunk bed, suitable for children only. A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail serves both, and the open-plan living/dining room has a Smart TV and a dining table for meals in.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and a washer/dryer, and central heating covers the apartment. A small patio courtyard gives a spot for morning coffee, and the balcony has its own furniture for evening drinks with a view.

2 The Elms welcomes one well-behaved pet. One designated off-road parking space is provided for a small or medium car on Allenhayes Road, and the shop is 0.3 miles away with the pub 0.2 miles and the beach a mile. Smoking is not permitted, and children should be supervised near the steep steps and uneven ground around the property.
