The apartment is on the first floor and reached by lift, and sleeps 4 across two en suite bedrooms.

The king-size master bedroom and the twin room, with two single beds, each have their own en suite bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and w.c. The open-plan living and dining area has a large sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen TV and a dining table for four, with two sets of sliding doors opening onto the balcony.

The kitchen has a four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated fridge freezer and a dishwasher, while the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage. The paved balcony runs the full length of the apartment, with outdoor furniture and a covered section for shade, and takes in 180-degree views along the estuary and out to sea.

Allocated parking is provided for two cars, one in the garage and one in front of it. The property is strictly no smoking, and no pets are permitted. All bed linen, pillows and towels are supplied, though guests need to bring their own tea towels, beach towels and oven gloves.
