2 Court Cottages

2 Court Cottages sits in the village of Aveton Gifford in the South Hams, a characterful mid-terrace cottage with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room warmed by a woodburning stove. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, though the property is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children in total.

Upstairs, a king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower, basin and WC, alongside a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom that's suitable for under 12s only. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC covers the rest of the cottage, and bed linen and towels are provided throughout the stay.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, and the sitting room has a Sony Smart TV with YouView and WiFi. Central heating runs through the cottage alongside the woodburning stove, and the property is strictly no smoking throughout.

Outside, an enclosed paved courtyard garden has a table and chairs for meals outdoors. 2 Court Cottages welcomes dogs, and parking nearby is un-allocated rather than on-site. The village shop is within 0.1 miles and the pub within 0.2 miles, and Kingsbridge is around 4.9 miles away for a wider choice of shops, restaurants and a supermarket, with Salcombe a little further at 8.6 miles.
