19 Bolt Head

19 Bolt Head sits in an elevated spot above the sandy beach of South Sands, part of Salcombe, and is a reverse-level apartment reached by external spiral stairs straight into the open-plan living area. The lounge has two sofas and a coffee table, and the kitchen has a range of units and appliances around a circular dining table for four.

Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The front bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds if requested at booking, fitted wardrobes and French doors onto the communal gardens and courtyard, with an en-suite bath, shower cubicle and basin. The rear bedroom looks across the estuary towards East Portlemouth and has its own king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

The kitchen runs a four-ring gas hob, a double electric oven, a dishwasher, fridge and microwave, with a TV, DVD player and Chromecast in the living area. Two small terraces sit at either end of the apartment: one at entrance level with a table and two chairs, the other at ground level off the front bedroom with a garden sofa.

One large car has an allocated parking space, though the main car park has a 1.9-metre height restriction. EV charging is available at shared ports for guests who register with the office in advance. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
