Flat 2

Flat 2 is a maisonette set over the first and second floor in the seaside town of Teignmouth, entered through a shared hallway with shoe storage. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one shower room, with lots of stairs throughout that won't suit anyone with mobility issues.

A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC sits on the lower first floor, and the kitchen is on the first floor alongside the living/dining room. The kitchen has a free-standing electric Range cooker with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, dishwasher and a condensing tumble dryer, and there's a Smart TV and full fibre WiFi.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor: a double room with views across the town towards the sea, the harbour and the countryside beyond, and a twin zip/link room that can be set up as a double on request. Gas central heating, fuel and power are included in the rent.

A cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and dogs are welcome (confirm how many when booking). Parking is either pay-and-display around the corner or free on the street in front or behind. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop, pub, beach and river are all within half a mile.
