Beach Rose

Beach Rose is a second-floor apartment reached from a shared entrance hall in the heart of Teignmouth, with the shop, pub and beach all around 50 yards away. The apartment was newly finished before letting, with an open-plan living space combining a seating area, dining space and kitchen.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, both fitted with king-size beds, so it suits two couples or a family sharing. A single bathroom off the living space has a shower cubicle, WC and basin, shared by the whole group.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a slimline dishwasher, and the living area has a corner sofa and a Smart TV. Electric heating covers the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent, and WiFi runs throughout; bed linen and towels are also provided.

Parking is free on-street in the surrounding streets, with paid public car parks also nearby where weekly permits can be bought online in advance; the apartment has no parking space of its own. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking throughout. The green, promenade and town centre are all within a short walk, along with a good range of restaurants, shops and cafes.
