Greenfields View

Greenfields View is a single-storey, wheelchair-friendly cottage set within the Blackdown Hills National Landscape, positioned 1.5 miles from Upottery. An entrance ramp leads to the front door, and underfloor heating runs throughout. The family wet room has a walk-in shower, WC and grab rail and shower seat available on request. Two bedrooms sleep four guests: a double with its own Smart TV and a twin with plenty of space for two.

The open-plan lounge and dining area sits at the rear of the property, where glass doors look out over the Otter Valley. A large dining table suits meals and board games alike, and a Smart TV provides evening viewing. The kitchen comes with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, a private enclosed deck with outdoor furniture provides a sheltered spot to sit and take in the rural views. Guests also have access to a shared lawned garden and a shared on-site carp lake around 50 metres away; a valid fishing licence and barbless hooks are required. Private parking for two cars is included. The cottage sits on a working farm where horses and sheep graze in the surrounding meadows.

Honiton, around 6 miles away, has independent shops, fresh local produce and the Allhallows Museum covering the town's lace-making heritage. The Thelma Hulbert Gallery also draws visitors to the town. Seaton, approximately 15 miles away, gives access to the South West Coast Path. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.
