Stable Barn View

Stable Barn View is a single-storey barn conversion within a farm courtyard near Umberleigh, sleeping four across two en-suite bedrooms. Oak floors and window frames run throughout, and underfloor heating keeps the open-plan lounge and diner comfortable, with a Smart TV for evenings in.

Both bedrooms have super-king-size zip-and-link beds that can be converted to twins on request, and each has its own en-suite: one a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, the other a shower room with WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a Tassimo coffee machine, and a shared utility area nearby has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and freezer.

Outside, guests have use of a private, enclosed patio with garden seating. The wider courtyard complex includes a shared games room with table tennis, pool, air hockey and a baby play area, plus an outdoor pétanque area, all shared with other guests staying on site. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, with electric vehicle charging on site and additional parking available on request. Up to four dogs can stay, with additional charges applying, and there is direct access to dog-walking routes plus a short walk to the village pub. A shop is around two miles away. Wifi is provided at the property.
