The Butter Barn

The Butter Barn is a single-storey barn conversion set within a farm courtyard near Umberleigh, sleeping two guests in one king-size bedroom. The bedroom doubles as a lounge area, with oak flooring, comfortable seating and a Smart TV, giving the space a flexible, open feel rather than a strictly separate sleeping room.

The open-plan kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, along with a dining table for meals in. A separate shower room with shower and WC completes the accommodation, and as the whole property is on one level, the bedroom is on the ground floor. A shared utility area nearby has a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board.

Outside, guests have their own enclosed patio with garden seating, private to this property rather than shared with neighbouring units. Elsewhere on site, a shared games room offers table tennis, pool, air hockey and a baby play area, plus an outdoor pétanque area. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Practical details worth noting before booking: off-road parking is provided for one car, with further spaces available only on request, and an electric vehicle charging point is on site. Up to four dogs can stay, subject to an additional charge, and there is a short walk to the village pub along with direct access to dog-walking routes. Internet access is available throughout the stay.
