Throwleigh

Throwleigh sits near the market town of Okehampton, and it is here that Three Hares Cottage can be found. Entered on the first floor from a rear parking area, the cottage opens into a rustic kitchen and dining space fitted with an oil Aga cooker and electric hob. A short flight of stairs leads to the first king-size bedroom, with exposed beams and traditional furniture, and on to a walk-in shower room with an oversized shower head.

Down from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with an inglenook wood burner, a Smart TV and sofas, while a further three steps bring you to a second king-size bedroom with its own wood burner and seating area. Outside, a few steps from the lounge lead to an enclosed garden with a small lawn, suited to sitting out or eating alfresco. Off-road parking is provided for one small or medium car outside the property, with space for larger cars to the rear, and a travel cot and highchair can be arranged on request.
