Templeton

Templeton is a Devonshire village set within working farmland. Partridge Barn is a converted barn on a working farm sleeping four across two bedrooms, each fitted with super-king-size zip-and-link beds that can be separated into singles on request. Two bathrooms serve the property: one with a bath, separate shower and WC, the other a shower room with shower and WC. Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen and dining area comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the living room has a smart projector screen and two leather sofas. A wood pellet heating system keeps the barn warm throughout.

Outside, an enclosed patio with seating and a private hot tub provides a sheltered spot to unwind after a day out, and ample parking is available on site. Up to two dogs are welcome, making the property a practical choice for guests travelling with pets. A travel cot and highchair can also be arranged for younger visitors.
