Nomansland

Nomansland is a village in Devon, near the town of Tiverton. Dalch View is a detached slate-and-wood house sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, with an upstairs bathroom offering a bath, walk-in shower and WC, plus a separate ground-floor WC. The open-plan living space centres on a wood burner with two sofas and a Smart TV, while patio doors lead out to an enclosed garden with a large patio, extensive lawn and outdoor furniture. A sage-green Shaker-style kitchen comes fully equipped, and the garage adds a pool table, dart board, washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge.

Two dogs are welcome at Dalch View, with stock fencing and gates securing the garden and access to a dedicated dog exercise field. A country pub with restaurant and garden is within easy walking distance of the property.
