Lower Washfield

Lower Washfield sits in Mid and East Devon, separate from the nearby town of Tiverton. Otter’s Holt is a two-bedroom cottage attached to the owners’ 15th-century thatched cottage, part of a 38-acre working farm with a restorative farming focus. The ground floor holds an open-plan lounge and dining area with a wood burner and Smart TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. One super-king bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath occupy the ground floor, while a second super-king bedroom with en-suite WC and sink sits upstairs beneath low beams and sloping ceilings.

Outside, a large enclosed lawn with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ suits families and dogs alike, and the River Exe runs close to the garden boundary. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided, and Wi-Fi is included, though it can be intermittent.
