Witheridge

Bourne Lodge is a two-bedroom lodge set within private woodland grounds, sleeping up to four guests and welcoming two dogs. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area runs the full width of the building, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the surrounding trees and lake. Two sofas, an armchair and a wood burner make up the sitting space, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, separate electric hobs, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A utility room at the rear holds a washing machine and tumble dryer alongside space for boots and coats, and there is also a separate WC.

The two bedrooms each have a Smart TV and ample storage; the master takes a super-king zip-and-link bed convertible to twins on request, and the second has a king-size bed. A family bathroom provides a rainfall shower over the bath. Outside, a private patio holds garden seating, a firepit and a charcoal BBQ, while guests have access to 20 acres of the wider woodland estate, including a fishing lake and walking paths. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
