Loxbeare

Loxbeare lies near the market town of Tiverton in Mid and East Devon, and is distinct from that larger town itself. The East Linhay - Leigh Town sits on a non-working farm here, a converted property arranged over an upstairs open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with an apex ceiling, exposed beams and far-reaching countryside views through large glass windows.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage sleeps four, with a king-size room and en-suite shower room off the entrance hall, and a twin zip-and-link room reached via six steps, served by its own en-suite bathroom. A utility room off the hall holds a washer/dryer, and the kitchen area is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Outside, a south-east-facing patio with a bistro table sits by the entrance, alongside an enclosed garden with a gas BBQ, and private parking is provided for two cars along with electric vehicle charging. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying.
