Little Seawatch

Little Seawatch sits in a small development down a country lane on the edge of Stoke Fleming, with easy access to the South West Coast Path in the village. It suits two people, with an open-plan lounge and kitchen that keeps things sociable for cooking together or packing up picnics before a day out.

The lounge has a sofa and a 32-inch LG Smart TV with FreeSat, plus patio doors opening onto sea views. The single double bedroom is compact and, as shown in the property photographs, there is not enough room to walk around the bed on both sides. A shower room with WC sits alongside it, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, fridge and microwave.

Outside, a private patio with a picnic table looks out to sea, and binoculars are provided for spotting dolphins or seabirds along the coast. Guests also have access to a shared, sloping garden and a shared coin-operated laundry room. A shop, pub and beach are all around half a mile away.

One dog is welcome, with additional charges that may apply, though the property cannot accommodate infants. Parking is provided for one car in a public car park rather than on a private drive. Internet access is available, and arrival is from 4pm with departure by 10am.
