Sandy Toes - Dartmouth

Sandy Toes is a four-bedroom Stoke Fleming holiday let sleeping up to eight guests across three floors. The ground floor opens with a hallway cloakroom WC and a fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating throughout, fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer and a Lavazza coffee machine. Bi-fold doors at the rear of the lounge/diner draw in light and frame the sea views, making it a comfortable space for family evenings with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker.

Two king-size bedrooms occupy the first floor; one includes an en-suite shower room and opens onto a terrace balcony with sea views, while a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC serves the floor. Up on the second floor, a twin bedroom and a super-king room share a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room. The super-king room has its own Smart TV, adding a further screen option for guests on the upper floor.

At the rear, an enclosed garden with lawn and a paved seating area looks out to sea and is well suited to alfresco dining. Steps from a separate enclosed front paved area lead up to the entrance. Off-road parking accommodates two cars, and an EV charging point is available on site at an extra charge. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Blackpool Sands beach is around a mile away and the South West Coast Path can be joined on foot from the property. Dartmouth, with restaurants, bars and independent shops, is approximately three miles away. Hen and stag parties are not permitted, and the property sits in a residential area. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
