38 Venn Park

38 Venn Park is a detached, single-storey house close to the beach in Stoke Fleming, reached down a cul-de-sac and up seven stone steps to the entrance. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the open-plan living space has a woodburning stove alongside the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has an electric range cooker, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and underfloor heating runs throughout the house. Three bedrooms include a master king-size with a Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room, a second king-size, and a twin, sharing a further bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

French doors from the sitting area open onto a front terrace with decking and furniture, and there is lawn space to both the front and rear gardens. A washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi are all provided, and fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome at 38 Venn Park, with a rear garden for them to use. Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere in the house. The village shop and pub are 0.5 miles away, and the beach is 1.3 miles.
