Slapton

Slapton, near the market town of Kingsbridge, is home to Buckland House, a large seven-bedroom property set within its own grounds. Built for sizeable gatherings, it sleeps up to fourteen across a mix of king-size, double and twin rooms, including a bunk room suitable for children or adults, and offers five bathrooms with several en-suite arrangements.

Inside, guests have use of two sitting rooms with wood burners, a conservatory, and a kitchen/dining area fitted with a Rangemaster cooker and a separate utility room. A games room with a piano and billiards table adds another space for socialising, while outside there is a lawned garden, a patio, a gazebo with seating and barbecue, and a pond. Private parking is provided, and up to three dogs are welcome, with a minimum stay of four nights.
