Topaz

Topaz is a four-storey house in Stoke Fleming, near Dartmouth, sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms. The village pub, a bistro and a shop are within half a mile, and Blackpool Sands beach is roughly a mile away. Off-road parking is available for two small cars, and an EV charger is accessible via the GoZero app.

The contemporary kitchen and dining area seats all eight guests and is equipped with a Neff oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer and Nespresso machine. A utility room on the lower ground floor adds a washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer. The lounge has floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliette balcony with sea views, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth sound system.

Above the ground floor, the master suite has a super-king bed, a private balcony overlooking the sea, an en-suite shower room, Smart TV and Alexa. A king room with desk area and Alexa sits on the same floor, and the family bathroom with shower over bath serves that level. The top floor holds a twin room and a second super-king with sea views, the latter connected to a Jack and Jill shower room. Stairgates, a travel cot and a highchair are available for families.

Outside, a three-tier enclosed garden has a lower deck with a BBQ and outdoor dining table, a lawn on the middle level, and a top terrace with sun loungers and a hot tub. Use of the hot tub carries an extra charge of £135, payable at booking. Hen and stag parties are not permitted, and up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.
