Eastdown Annexe

Eastdown Annexe is an all-ground-floor annexe set in the South Devon countryside about four miles from Dartmouth, next to a working farm, and it sleeps 2 in a single bedroom.

The king-size bedroom sits alongside a shower room with a shower, a basin and a WC, and an open-plan sitting and dining room adjoins the kitchen, giving the annexe a compact layout suited to a couple.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge with an ice box, and a TV with WiFi covers evenings in. Bed linen and towels are both provided, and there is ample off-road parking.

A gravelled garden area with furniture sits just outside, with views of the surrounding area, and dogs are welcome for an additional charge per dog; check the limit when you book. Smoking is not permitted. A working farm is situated next door to the annexe.

Dartmouth itself lies on the River Dart estuary, with watersports on offer including sailing and boat trips, plus the 14th-century Dartmouth Castle to explore and the Dartmouth Steam Railway running through 6.7 miles of open countryside. The shop is 3.7 miles from the annexe and the nearest pub is 1.7 miles.
